Role of the Leader is one of our flagship courses from the Leadership Excellence track! This course goes through outlining the basics of what leadership is so they can set themselves up for success in their bright future as a leader. Features instructional videos detailing the basic responsibilities of leadership and how to fulfill those roles for the success of all as well as worksheets to help you navigate your new role. Although this is designed for less experienced or newer leaders the information we present is in a format that the many experienced leaders we've worked with both on and offline have expressed learning something new or an aspect as finally clicking for them. So we recommend for all leaders! Especially if you intend on following our Leadership Excellence track although it is not required "reading" for any of our other courses.
